The dance trapeze has provided an endless source of exploration and inquiry.  I explore and perform with the bar set at all heights- from mid-thigh to high in the air. Every height creates a different sort of dynamism and relationship to the ground and space around me. I love improvisation and the art of collaborating with musicians. I have spent years creating innovative movement sequences and am completely engrossed in the study of how and from where I move on the trapeze and ground... focusing on the concepts of tension/release and the impulses present within my body. I explore the dance trapeze and perform with the desire of offering as much as myself as I can, in as authentic of a way as possible.
