My experiments with painting have to do with what Carl Jung termed, "active imagination". As with my approach to Sourcing Movement, I try to paint by following impulse. Often these impulses have to do with recent dreams or other imaginative sources of inspiration. Painting for me is almost always about the process rather than the outcome and I often pair this expression with movement practices such as Authentic Movement.
